Call us anytime before your anticipated "need" date, and we'll have a complete package in your hands overnight, ready to be gift-wrapped. But if Valentine's or Christmas or an almost-forgotten birthday has come on you without warning, feel free to download this certificate along with the rest of our site. Bundled together with champagne, a rose, or airline tickets, the gift of an overnight stay is practically unbeatable. (Just remember to call us and register the certificate so it will be valid when it's time to redeem!)

Catering Services....the inn plays host every year to weddings, parties, dinners, luncheons, and gala affairs of all kinds and sizes, whether 5 or 500. Our food is all homemade with love and care; and menus are custom-created to fit every need. Costs are much less expensive than in the nearby cities. Let us create a magical special event for you. We can host your guests at our inn; or we can coordinate and service events held at other locations. We've been voted "best caterer in Hays County" three times in recent years!

The Pedernales Room is now loaded with gifts and goodies ... because it is our new and very popular gift shop.  Take home (or send for) a bit of our take on the Hill Country, or present your gift of an overnight stay wrapped together with something wonderful from the shop.  All the goods offered are things we serve regularly in the inn, such as sweet potato pancakes and wild plum syrup; plain, smoked, and honey roasted almonds; gourmet teas; and Mexican vanilla.  We also have a complete line of almond products from our family farm, cookbooks, inn guidebooks, note cards, Hill Country gifts, Texana, aprons, bath products, wonderful games, handmade silver jewelry, potpourri from our garden, fragrant candles, antique champagne glasses, and - to celebrate San Marcos' world-class doll museum - a show stopping collection of beautiful, affordable dolls.   We can't wait to share our favorite "finds" with you -- our innkeepers can even help you shop over the phone.
